I will be following (roughly) this guide as I get into the actual training mode.
I joined Strava to track my training. I am using my Apple Watch to record my activities but synching them with Strava when I get done. I like the analysis and the vital analytics provided by Strava.
While running should not cause any failure in my ACL graft. This is a concern of mine when I’m running on uneven ground. I step very lightly when it gets a little awkward on the balance die. So I want to keep track of this link.
